OK.so I finally jumped on the site, and will try to share what I have, but wanted to give Lindsey this recipe to try with her turkey burger. I saw Oprah eat it, and thought it had to at least be pretty good, if not as amazing as she said it was. Since you only have one child, I thought it would be easiest to you to try it first, and then let us know how it is!! I would say too, if the burgers arent doing well on a traditional grill, try a foreman, or even just a skillet to cook them. Let us know what you think. More recipes from me later..

Thanks for the recipe. I actually saw that episode of Oprah and may try the recipe some time. As for last night, I ended up making grilled chicken sandwiches cuz I couldn't get to the store to procure more turkey. Next time I feel so brave again, I will try the Oprah recipe and let you all know how it goes. In fact, if anyone wants to join us on that occassion, just let me know and we'll plan it.
