So I didn't post a brilliant and healthy meal plan this week. Why? Cuz I didn't make one. The week started off a little hectic and remained that way. At this point, I can't even remember what we ate. It was healthy though, for whatever that's worth. I'm pretty sure there were panini sandwiches (if you throw it on a panini maker, you can totally say you cooked!) and Mom's veggie soup (Mike has a cold this week so he requested it). I will be making Larry's YUMMY salmon on Saturday. He was gracious enough to give me that recipe and I love making it for people. Always a hit. If you want me to post the recipe as he gave it to me, just say so... otherwise, I suspect that those of you who read this will just get Larry to make it for you when you want it... he's nice that way.
Still going strong and feeling great! I've lost a couple more pounds and though he hasn't checked his weight this week, I can tell Mike is trimming down too. Wahoo!
By the way, I need more healthy recipes so share, people!
